| PAXATO, part of Softwin Group represented Romania at the Call Center World Fair Germany, an event that gathered the most important figures of the German Call Center market, and also the solution and services suppliers. More than 3.500 visitors have manifested their interest on the solutions and services offered for this year’s edition by the 140 exhibitor companies. Romania’s presence is a consequence of the interest shown by the German companies for the multilingual Call Center services offer, presented by the PAXATO division at another important outsourcing event: Service World Germany, taking place at the end of the year 2004. PAXATO’s involvement on the outsourcing German market is just another step after the success obtained on the French market; the company has developed collaboration business relationships with giant trusts such as: Noos (the first cable TV supplier of Paris) and the French National Mail Service. The company’s target on the outsourcing German market is to reach in 2008 a 1% share of the outsourced customer service market. The targeted segment’s value for 2007 is estimated at 1.5 billion Euro. |
